Machine wash cold delicate cycle; do not bleach; do not tumble dry; line drying in the shade; do not iron; do not dry clean.; home washing: wash in lukewarm water with a gentle wash machine program. use liquid detergent with neuter ph. rinse several times until clear water is discharged. dry away from direct heating. squeeze and stretch to favor volume recovery.; wash the garment while it is fastened.
